Field Summer Camp 2008
Robb
Field Summer Camp will run for 11 weeks, starting Tuesday, June
17th, and ending Friday, August 29th. Hours of operation are
7:30am to 6pm.
Weekly
rates are $125 for Regular Care (9am-4pm) and $135 for Extended
Care (7:30am-6pm). Single-day rates are $35 for Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Friday. Thursday's Single-day rate is $45 (field
trips are taken on Thursday).
Week
1 is a 4-day week (last day of school is Tuesday, June 16th).
Extended Care (7:30am-6pm) will be pro-rated at $100. Normal Single-day rates still apply for week 1.
Week
3 is also a 4-day week (no camp on Friday, July 4th). Extended Care (7:30am-6pm) will be pro-rated at $100. Normal Single-day rates still apply for week 3.
All
registation must be done in advance. Same-day registration will
NOT be accepted. Registration can be done only by visiting Robb
Field Rec. Center during office hours.

Field's Weekly Schedule
Mondays:
On Mondays, we get to know each other, play games, do arts and
crafts, and take a trip to Dusty Rhodes Park!
Tuesdays:
Beach Day! We leave to the beach after lunch, at 12pm, and return
at 3:45pm. Bring your bathing suit, a towel, and sunscreen. Sand
toys and boogie boards are okay...just remember that you have
to carry them!
Wednesdays:
On Wednesdays, we often take an optional trip to the
Robb Field's skatepark! Sometimes, we do slip n' slide! We also
walk to Newport and go to the tidepools!
Thursday:
Field Trip Day!!! Don't be late to camp on this day,
or you might miss our big trip! Remember, field trip admission
is included in camp rates, so all you need to bring is a lunch
and a big smile!
Friday:
Beach Day and Theme Day!!! Every Friday will have different
themes, such as Crazy Hair Day, Hawaiian Day, Backwards Day, and
so on! We head to the beach after lunch for another day of fun
on the sand and in the water!
Each
week, Camp Boogie loosely follows the schedule above. Throughout
the summer, we also have pizza parties, camp dances, skit shows,
mini-olympics, special visitors, and other fun activities!
We
keep the children busy, but also mix in some free-time! Pack a
lunch and snack everyday!
